Jo (Foderingham) Brown

Jo (Foderingham) Brown (she/her or he/him) is a Black, queer, disabled, gender non-conforming woman from Lithonia, Georgia who currently resides in Washington, DC. She has been writing poetry for as long as she can remember, but only started performing in 2016, when she was a finalist for Atlanta's Brave New Voices slam team. She was first published in 2017 as a contributor to the Voices of the East Coast youth poetry anthology. Common subjects of her poetry are misogynoir, Blackness, interpersonal relationships, and her Jamaican heritage. To learn more, visit: http://www.tallawahthoughts.co

Nathan Alexander Moore

Nathan Alexander Moore (she/they) is a Black genderfluid transfemme writer, scholar, and dreamer currently based in Austin, TX. They hold a master’s degree from SUNY Buffalo where they studied creative writing and Black literature and cultures. Currently, she is a PhD candidate at the University of Texas at Austin in the department of African and African Diaspora Studies. Their work has previously been published or is forthcoming from Pulse/Pulso: In Remembrance of Orlando from Damaged Goods Press, P-QUEUE, ode to Queer and Peauxdunque Review.
